The partnership form asks for your contact details, public creator profile, and context about your audience and goals. Please do not send private audience records or sensitive personal information.

Why it is collected

JK Consulting Services uses this information to assess the enquiry, contact you, and discuss a potential partnership. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

The hosted form is processed by Netlify Forms. Enquiries are stored in our private CRM database hosted by Supabase so we can manage follow-ups. Enquiries may also be handled through Google Workspace business email. No advertising analytics or tracking scripts have been added to this website.

Questions or deletion requests

Email justin@jkconsultingservices.com to ask about your enquiry or request its deletion. Information needed for an ongoing discussion or agreed business relationship may need to be retained for that purpose.
