THE COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT

Agree the economics.
Then build.

No upfront consulting fee. My compensation is an agreed percentage of the revenue covered by our partnership.

The percentage is not fixed on this website. It depends on the opportunity, existing revenue, workload, and delivery responsibilities.

  • Define which sales count and how they are tracked.
  • Agree the treatment of refunds, fees, and project costs.
  • Document asset ownership, brand approval, and account access.
  • Set the duration, review points, and exit terms.
  • Name who supports customers after a launch or exit.

You remain the authority over your brand and audience relationship. Product and asset ownership must be explicitly agreed. No financial outcome is guaranteed.
