FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before we
build together.
The practical details behind the partnership. If your question is not here, include it in your introduction.
What exactly do you do?
I help connect audience research, offer strategy, sales messaging, launch planning, and the systems behind payment and delivery. We agree exactly what I will handle before work begins.
What types of creators do you work with?
Creators across niches on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. The important questions are whether people trust your expertise, whether there is a problem worth solving, and whether we can build a useful offer together.
Do I need a large audience?
No fixed follower minimum defines a good partnership. A smaller audience with trust and a clear need may be a better fit than a large audience with little buying intent. We review the actual opportunity.
Do you charge an upfront consulting fee?
My model has no upfront consulting fee. That does not mean the project has no costs: any tools, payment fees, advertising, or other expenses need to be discussed and agreed separately.
How does the revenue split work?
We agree the percentage and which revenue it applies to before starting. Workload, existing sales, delivery responsibilities, costs, refunds, and the duration of the arrangement all need to be clear in writing.
Who owns the product and my brand?
You remain the expert and authority over your brand and audience relationship. Ownership of new products, assets, and systems is agreed in writing before we build them; it is not something to leave assumed.
Who creates the content?
You contribute the expertise and approve material that represents your voice. We agree who develops each product and marketing asset, and who delivers any live teaching or support.
Do I have to change my usual content?
The intention is to build around what you already do well. Launching an offer will require relevant communication with your audience, but we decide together how it fits your content and brand.
Do I need to create a new product?
Not necessarily. An existing offer may need clearer positioning, a better buying journey, or more reliable delivery. We research the opportunity before deciding what to build.
How do we decide what to sell?
We start with audience questions, conversations, existing demand, and your expertise. We assess the problem, willingness to pay, and the support buyers would need before choosing the format.
How long does the process take?
There is no single timeline for every creator. Scope, available material, demand validation, and your availability affect the schedule. We set milestones once we understand the work.
How much time will this require from me?
You will need to share expertise, make decisions, review assets, and contribute to promotion or delivery as agreed. We establish a realistic time commitment before beginning.
Do you handle fulfillment?
We agree that per offer. I can help organise delivery systems and the customer journey. Teaching, coaching, specialist advice, customer support, and ongoing moderation each need a named owner.
What happens if the offer does not sell?
We examine demand, the offer, messaging, and the buying experience. We decide together whether to improve, test a different approach, or stop. Further spending or work should follow the agreed scope.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. Results depend on the audience, market, offer, demand, execution, and consistency. Revenue sharing aligns compensation with sales; it does not guarantee those sales.
What platforms or tools do you use?
The tools follow the offer, your existing setup, and your budget. We choose what is needed for pages, payment, access, delivery, and follow-up, and agree any associated costs first.
What makes this different from an agency?
The proposed relationship connects strategy and execution over time, with my compensation tied to agreed revenue. The practical difference comes from the responsibilities we share, not the label we use.
What experience can I see?
I am currently building the Monetise Lead Tracking App, my own CRM project. It is work in progress, not a completed creator case study. I am not presenting creator revenue results or testimonials that I cannot substantiate.
What happens after I apply?
I review your introduction and reply by email. If the opportunity looks suitable, we arrange a conversation, assess fit, and discuss responsibilities and commercial terms before any work starts.
What if either of us wants to end the partnership?
We agree exit terms before starting, including ongoing customer responsibilities, asset access, and any continuing revenue share. Both sides should understand the arrangement before committing.
